Terms & Conditions
Last updated: May 21, 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and MyTeeTrip ("MyTeeTrip", "we", "us", or "our"). They govern your access to and use of our website, AI golf trip planner, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have parental consent) to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
3. The Service
MyTeeTrip provides curated golf travel content and AI-generated itineraries based on the inputs you provide. Itineraries, costs, course information, weather, and availability are estimates for planning purposes only and may change. You are responsible for confirming bookings, pricing, and travel details with the relevant providers.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
- send spam, abusive, defamatory, or infringing content;
- infringe the intellectual property rights of MyTeeTrip or any third party;
- attempt to interfere with, probe, or compromise the security of the Service, including by introducing malware, scraping at scale, or circumventing rate limits or technical restrictions;
- reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or its outputs except as expressly permitted; or
- use the Service to build a competing product.
5. AI outputs
The Service uses generative AI to produce itineraries and recommendations. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied upon as professional travel, financial, legal, or medical advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and for any decisions you make based on them. You retain rights in the inputs you provide; we grant you a non-exclusive licence to use AI outputs you generate for your personal or internal business travel-planning purposes.
6. Subscriptions, payment, and Stripe as Merchant of Record
Paid plans (MyTeeTrip Pro) are sold on a subscription basis at the prices shown on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Stripe Payments. Stripe acts as the Merchant of Record for our orders and handles payment processing, tax compliance, invoicing, refunds, and chargebacks.
Payment, billing, taxes, invoicing, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Stripe's Services Agreement. See our Refund Policy for the time window in which refunds can be requested.
7. Intellectual property
MyTeeTrip and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, destination content, course data, branding, and documentation. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service within your selected plan.
8. User content
You retain ownership of the trip prompts, notes, and itineraries you create. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and process that content solely to provide and improve the Service.
9. Service availability and changes
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will use reasonable efforts to provide notice of material changes.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay fees due, create security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription and closing your account. Sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will survive termination.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury where such limitation is not permitted by law.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold MyTeeTrip harmless from any claim, demand, or damages arising out of your content, your misuse of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MyTeeTrip is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by updating the "Last updated" date above or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
