Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

MyTeeTrip offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on MyTeeTrip Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date for any reason.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Stripe. To request a refund:

  • Email us at support@myteetrip.com and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Email our support team at support@myteetrip.com with your order details and we will help you process the refund.

Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank.

Cancellations and renewals

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page or from the customer billing portal linked from your account billing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you will keep access to MyTeeTrip Pro features until the end of the current billing period.

Outside the 30-day window, renewal payments are generally non-refundable, but we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis where required by applicable law.
